Venture further afield and you will discover all the beauty of Northumberland, with Lindisfarne, Seahouses and the Farne Islands all within about half an hours drive of the park. To the west you have the Cheviot Hills which deliver outstanding walking while both Edinburgh and Newcastle are under 40 minutes away by train. For those with a passion for walking, Ord House provides its very own half mile stroll around the parks perimeter. Situated in East Ord Village on the Scottish Borders of Northumberland this beautiful country location is perfect for those looking to relax and unwind.
