It offers a choice of 4 lodges to suit every budget with prices starting from only £299.00 per week. Wi-Fi access available – £5. You are within easy reach of York’s main ring road, ideal for an outing to the seaside, moors or dales. A bus service goes to the city centre every 10 minutes from the nearby superstore and the railway line runs behind the park. It offers you a real taste of the countryside, yet the centre of historic York is just two miles away. This splendid family run park is set in wooded grounds with a beautiful lake as its centrepiece. Excellent year round fishing is available for carp, bream, trench, roach and pike on the beautiful 10 acre lake (adults £20pw, senior citizens and children £10pw each). The resident owners are at hand for friendly help and advice. It's the perfect base to explore York and the wider area of Vale Of York.

Detached lodge with either one double and one twin or two twin. Double sofa bed in the lounge area. Dishwasher.

Minster Cottage
Brick built two storey cottage with one double, one twin and one with three singles. Dishwasher.

"Want a lovely relaxing break then this site is highly recommended, fantastic lakeside setting, watch the squirrels, and wildlife go by. Lovely to walk round the lake to a carpet of snowdrops. Very quiet site, well maintained and spotlessly clean. Easy access to York by bus from the park and ride site opposite or take a steady walk down by the river into York."
