There are many local attractions including Alton Towers, the world famous Chatsworth House and numerous family friendly activities. The park is located in the former grounds of a 19th Century manor house with a historic pinetum and bluebell wood. Sandybrook Country Park is part of our Go Active Breaks Collection and is close to the picturesque market town of Ashbourne on the southern fringe of the Peak District. Onsite the whole family can enjoy a range of activities, have a relaxing swim or enjoy a meal in the Coach House bar and restaurant. Sandybrook Country Park provides the perfect base from which to explore the surrounding area which boasts many stunning walks and cycling trails. It's the perfect base to explore Ashbourne and the wider area of Derbyshire.

"A very relaxing, tranquil and peaceful park, ideally situated for visiting the southern area of the Peak District. My two young boys loved the swimming pool and play area and we had everything we needed for a family week away. I would definitely recommend the hot tub to unwind in once the kids have gone to bed! This was my first log cabin holiday and I would definitely use Hoseasons again."
