From here you are well placed to visit Castle Howard and the York Railway Museum, with York City, and the market town of Easingwold just a short drive away. It's the perfect base to explore Tollerton, York and the wider area of Vale Of York.

"See above comment. Additionally, the atmosphere and surrouding village are quiet and peaceful leading to a really relaxing holiday. There is an excellent restuarant right next to the park and a well stocked village store nearby."
