Kick back on the covered verandah as you watch the wildlife go by, or kick off your boots and complete a hard day’s exploring with a soak under starry skies in the hot tub. *Charges apply. Head for a hike through the surrounding 12 acres of wood, take a guided wildlife walk on Exmoor, with its famous ponies, or enjoy golden sands and traditional seaside fun at Exmouth and Sidmouth, an hour away. Perfect for families and couples looking to get off the beaten track and back to nature. Longleat Safari Park is nearby, while riding, fishing and cycling opportunities abound. Surrounded by rolling woodland filled with birdsong, these classic lodges bring nature to your door. Scandinavian style lodge tucked into the hillside with modern and comfortable furnishings. Ground floor: One double. Family shower room. Patio area with a covered outdoor hot tub. Parking adjacent.

Withypool Lodge
Luxury lodge residing at the top of the wooded valley. Ground floor: One twin. Shower. Spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. 42" flat screen TV. Dishwasher, fridge and freezer. French doors leading to decking with outdoor furniture. First floor: Principal suite with king size double and one single with ensuite bathroom. Two further king size doubles. Bath with overhead shower. Large rear verandah with covered outdoor hot tub. Suitable for parties including visitors with partial disabilities – please check when booking.

"I stayed at Exmoor Gate Lodge, if you are looking for peace and quite this is the place to go. Its a relaxing home from home with the added bonus of a hot tub. Exmoor gate lodge is the perfect base to enjoy the stunning scenery around the national park also to venture further afield to Lynton ,Lynmouth, and all around Somerset and Devon. The owners are really friendly and helpful without being obtrusive. I will definatly be going back."
