The ancient city of York, with its superb shopping, famous Minster, Railway Museum and fascinating Jorvik Viking Centre is easily accessible. There is a launderette* and children’s play area on the park available for all dates. Just a short drive away is The Lightwater Valley Theme Park, and among the many castles and ruins to be found in the area are Fountains Abbey and Ripley Castle. It's the perfect base to explore Allerton, Knaresborough and the wider area of Vale Of York.
